Grip Salon Ltd – Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Grip Salon Ltd (“the Salon”, “we”, “us”).
1.2 By booking an appointment, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Booking Fee

2.1 A non-refundable booking fee of £50 is required to secure all appointments.
2.2 The £50 booking fee will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.
2.3 Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been paid.
2.4 Booking fees are non-transferable, except in circumstances explained in Section 3.

3. Cancellations, Lateness & Rescheduling

3.1 Grip Salon Ltd requires at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
3.2 Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the £50 booking fee being forfeited.
3.3 Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and the booking fee may be forfeited.
3.4 Failure to attend an appointment (“no show”) will result in:
•       The loss of the £50 booking fee, and
•       A 50% charge of the total service cost, which must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

4. Patch Testing

4.1 A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colouring service.
4.2 Failure to attend a required patch test may result in the appointment being cancelled, and the booking fee forfeited.

5. Consultations

5.1 Consultations are recommended for major colour changes, chemical services or hair extensions.
5.2 The stylist will provide professional advice but the final decision rests with the Client.

6. Payment

6.1 Full payment is required at the end of each appointment.
6.2 We accept the following payment methods: cash or card

6.3 Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings will be charged the price agreed at the time of booking.

7. Refunds & Complaints

7.1 We do not offer refunds for completed services.
7.2 If you are unhappy with any service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.
7.3 Where appropriate, a complimentary adjustment may be offered at the discretion of the Salon.

8. Personal Belongings

8.1 Grip Salon Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought onto the premises.

9. Health & Safety

9.1 Clients must inform the stylist of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to treatment.
9.2 The Salon reserves the right to refuse service if it may be unsafe or unsuitable.

10. Children & Guests

10.1 Children must be supervised at all times.
10.2 Due to safety and space limitations, additional guests may be restricted during appointments.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 Grip Salon Ltd complies with the UK GDPR and will only use your personal information for appointment management, communication, and record-keeping.
11.2 Your information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1 Grip Salon Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
12.2 The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website
